Adding water to a workout is the best way to stay active and healthy without negative impact to your joints and muscles. We offer a variety of water fitness classes that are ideal for individuals getting back in shape, people with chronic illness or injuries and seniors. Jump into water fitness today!
A no-impact deep water class that incorporates cardiovascular fitness, core strengthening and toning. Swimming skills not required, but participants must be comfortable in deep water. Class can also be done in shallow water.
Come join the pool party! Aqua Zumba integrates the exotic rhythms of Zumba with water fitness to create a fun and exciting water workout!

A full body workout using the resistance of the water! Emphasis is on cardiovascular workout, toning muscles, and slimming the body. Swimming skills are not required.
