What makes working here so amazing?

We're all about play!
We like to play and we want other people to play too. Play is essential for life balance and we get to help all people find ways to play more.

We like each other!
Teamwork is dream work and working here is pretty dreamy (on most days). The people you get to work with are some of the coolest, most passionate, hard-working, creative, and fun-loving people you'll ever meet. We are quick to support each other, everyone is respectful and when the "all hands on deck" is called for a big project or event, everyone willingly pitches in.

We serve the community and make it better!
Pleasant Hill is one of the most amazing places to live and we're a big part of that. We maintain over 269 acres of parkland including beautiful local parks, a dog park, and lots of open space to play in the great outdoors. We also host a variety of community special events throughout the year and provide essential services, activities, and recreation for all. Yes, we do all that and more! #parksmakelifebetter

We like to WOW!
Every day, we work hard to realize our vision:
To be the leaders in providing "WOW!" experiences every day!
And we do that via our mission...To put people first..all people.

If you like to play, work with fun, dedicated people, want to make a difference in the community, and really like to WOW!, then we'd sure love to hear from you! Come join the fun!
