Swim Team Clinic
Swim Team Clinic is for returning summer recreational swimmers - swimmers must have swim team experience or coach approval. Focus is on stroke technique and drill progressions for competitive swimming.
Swimmers must be able to swim freestyle with their face in the water and rhythmic breathing, and backstroke.
- Swimmers 8 & under must be able to swim 25 yards of each stroke.
- Swimmers 9 & older must be able to swim 50 yards of each stroke.
Please come prepared to swim (wearing suit) every day, and bring towel, goggles, fins and water bottle. See our team store at Swimoutlet.com with our recommended fin brands (swimmers only need one set of fins). Please make sure you label fins with your name so we can more easily reunite lost fins with their swimmer.
All new swimmers must register for and attend a free Swim Try Out to ensure correct placement. Current Dolfins do not need to attend a try out. Current Mini-Dolfins should register for Pre-Swim Team Clinics. You may register for programs before attending mandatory try outs – some age groups will fill.
2-day option may choose any 2 days each week to attend.
Register based on age as of 6/15/27.
