MUST PRE-REGISTER by e-mailing hfrates@pleasanthillrec.com or calling 925-771-7641 with name, phone number and how many meal packs you would like. Meal packs include 5 frozen meals, fruits, juices and a rotating schedule of milk, bread, oatmeal or other starches. Must come to Senior Center parking lot with mask to pickup meals. Meals will be picked up between 10:30am-11am. Donations are encouraged to keep program running, but no Senior will be turned away due to lack of funds. Must be 60+, must fill out 2 County required forms to receive meals. No meals available to anyone under 60 at this time. E-mail or call for any questions you may have. Thanks!
