Flex for Fitness

Stretching and band resistance exercises which can be done in a chair. Punch cards available.

Fit for Life: Senior Aerobics

Easy to follow moves that can be modified for every level of fitness. Includes strength training and stretching. Session registration or punch cards available.

Gentle Pilates & Functional Movement

Stretch and strengthen your body and mind with gentle therapeutic Pilates movements and sequences to help improve balance and coordination, build core strength and maintain muscle tone. Breathing exercises calm the mind, alleviate stress and anxiety and increase mobility and range of motion. Bring light weights, pillow case and water. Session registration or punch cards available.

Gentle Yoga

Yoga is a fun, healthy, mind-body activity that might just help what's ailing you. Bring a yoga mat and light blanket. Wear loose clothing. Session registration or punch cards available.

Line Dance

A combination of country-western, polkas, waltzes, and Latin line dances for men and women. Partners are not required. Basics: those brand new to line dance. Beginners: must know basic steps. Note: Please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes and scents. Instructor experiences perfume allergies. Drop-in only.

Designed to improve your balance and coordination with a wide variety of exercises including floor warm ups, resistance bands, simple yoga poses, and dance moves. Bring your own yoga mat. Punch cards available.

Zumba Gold

This easy-to-follow class is the low-impact version of Zumba, designed for participants of any age and those new to Zumba. You don't need to be a dancer to participate. Classes are friendly and fun with dance moves set to Latin and world rhythms. New this time is the addition of toning elements to build strength and tone up! (Weighted sticks provided by instructor). Wear shoes with little traction. Punch cards available.

Class Transfer / Refund Guidelines

All requests for transfers/credits on account/refunds must be received two weeks prior to the first class meeting. Transfers and credits to account will be assessed a $5 administrative fee. Check or credit card refunds will be assessed a $10 processing fee (unless the class / activity is changed or canceled by the District). There are no exceptions and no refunds on lost or stolen punch cards.
