Pleasant Hill Aquatic Park (Pool) Update (12/1/2020)

Pleasant Hill Aquatic Park is currently closed for the winter.  The pool will re-open in March 2021.  We look forward to seeing you this spring!

Water walking is an easy, low-impact exercise that can provide an aerobics workout while also strengthening and building muscles by using the water's resistance. The water's buoyancy supports the body's weight, which reduces stress on the joints and minimizes pain. Pool is heated and ADA accessible. Water shoes recommended. Students may register for the session, use the Water Aerobics Punch Card to drop-in, or purchase the Water Aerobics Monthly Pass.  The Water Aerobics Monthly Pass gives unlimited access to water aerobics and water walking during the calendar month (the 1st to the end of the month).
