The Sprayground - background
It was time to transform the old obsolete wading
pool at Pleasant Hill Park Pool into something that's alive… rejuvenating… surprising … and
totally different every time!
That's the concept behind the Pleasant Hill Community Foundation's
newest community project. There's something for everyone
here! Interactive, active, and passive play for all age groups
and people with disabilities – Even a "No Splash
Zone" for young toddlers and infants.
Your tax deductible
donations were very much appreciated! This family-friendly aquatic facility
brings people together of all ages and abilities, and will
serve our community as an inspiring focal point!
MATCHING GRANT! Thanks to the generosity of the Dean
& Margaret Lesher Foundation, $20,000 in donations
received after 9/15/2006 was matched dollar for dollar. |
