Tuition is divided into nine monthly payments via auto-pay on the 15th of each month.
Children enrolling in any of our preschool classes must be age appropriate as of September 1st in the year of enrollment. An annual, non-refundable $100 per family registration fee is required to hold your child's space in a program. A copy of the birth certificate and immunization records are also required. During enrollment, we ask parents to complete an up-to-date liability waiver and emergency card. Please be prepared to complete all emergency information at the time of registration: Doctor and dentist contact information, health plan number, immunization record and emergency contact numbers.

Keeping your child safe is a number one priority at our school! We created a set of best practices to ensure a safe learning environment that include the following: Our teachers are CPR / First Aide certified and trained to act immediately. Child emergency information is kept on file in the classroom and in the Pleasant Hill Recreation & Park District office. Parents are required to sign their child both in and out when dropping off and picking up. No child may leave with a non-guardian without written guardian consent. All class parents are notified of specific child allergies and needs are accommodated. Routine fire and earthquake drills are practiced.
Registration is Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at the Community Center for enrollment in the following school year. Please contact Sarah Smith, Preschool Director for program availability at 925-771-7626. In-person enrollment is at the Pleasant Hill Community Center located at 320 Civic Drive in Pleasant Hill. Space is limited! If your child was previously enrolled in one of our preschool programs, he / she will be given continuing priority registration in January 2018.
