Starting in February 2018, we challenge you to take a year-long adventure to get social and explore our parks, open space trails, facilities and events...

How Do I Play?
Choose from the list of "Get Out & Play" challenges from the MASTER LIST and go have fun completing the activity! While you're at it, snap and post a photo/video and use hashtag #phplaychallenge to earn points. Highest point earner each month wins a prize package on us! Remember, you must use the hashtag #phplaychallenge and allow public viewing on your post in order to get "credit".

Why Should I Play?
We want you, your family, friends and pets to get social and experience all the wonderful benefits of parks and recreation here in Pleasant Hill! 

What Do I Win?
Prizes for having FUN! (Can you imagine that?) Prizes will range from free District swag and event tickets to gift cards from local Pleasant Hill businesses. Prizes are awarded on the first Friday following the previous month. 

What Else Should I Know?
Points tallied monthly by District staff based on hashtagged photo or video.Make sure social media privacy settings are set to PUBLIC in order to get credit (we need to see your fabulous selfies). We reserve the right to share, re-post and/or print photos/videos for District promotional purposes.Winners names and photo will be posted on District social media channels.

Who is the Selfie King or Queen?
Earn bragging rights by out-snapping your neighbors, families or friends! Encourage others to take the challenge with you. We love selfies and videos!
